Pinnacle Textile Web Accounts
Pinnacle Textile Web accounts can only be assigned to one email address at a time. Credentials are sent out to new and returning accounts via a secure email only accessible to the recipient. If more than one person needs access to the same web account, credentials must be shared internally, as they are the sole property of the account owner after submission.
Parent accounts can add users to their account, allowing multiple logins under the same username. However, due to the use of an ERP and PCI Security Standards, these accounts must be active Pinnacle Textile customer accounts to ensure accurate and safe billing and shipping information.
Web account owners can change their active email addresses, passwords, shipping addresses, and more from the "My Account" section. If the primary contact associated with an account is changed, please be aware that all communications including order confirmations, password modifications, and other order details will be re-routed to the new contact information.
If a dropship address was entered on this website or the old website at the time of purchase, that address will remain permanently on your account. These can be edited, but not deleted, as our ERP does not allow this due to security concerns, account consistency, and proper billing.
Pinnacle Textile always remains compliant with PCI Security Standards. All links sent out to customers are secure, including password modifications, credit card entry, and more. PCI compliance ensures safe usage of our website and protects our users' information.
